At the Baby Rack we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We therefore offer 7 days for a full refund and 14 days for exchange on all full price merchandise. All items should be returned to store in original packaging with all tags attached and in saleable condition with original receipt.

Please note sale items reduced by 30% or more and CLEARANCE items are non-returnable. This does not effect your statutory rights.

The cost of returning your items is to be covered by the customer. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery, as refunds will not be issued for any items that fail to reach us.
If you received FREE delivery and return ALL the items a £4.99 postage charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage cost we incurred when sending.
We offer one exchange FREE of charge additional exchanges are charged postage.
