All orders received after 1.30pm on a Friday will be shipped when the shop reopens on Tuesday, utilising our next day courier service.

Returns
At the Baby Rack we understand the imporance of customer satisfaction. We therefore offer 7 days for a full refund and 14 days for exchange on all full price merchandise. All items should be returned to store in original packaging with all tags attached and in saleable condition with original receipt. All sale or promotional items are exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Postage will not be refunded. This does not effect your statutory rights.
