We offer various shipping options to suit your preferences.

Below is a summary of the pricing for shipping within the UK and Globally: We default to a Next day UK Courier service. Alternatively, we offer a "Collect in Store" service. Simply pay for the items online and then collect from our shop at your convenience. If you would like a different service, please call us on 020 8462 3531 or email Info@thebabyrack.co.uk. All orders received after 1.00pm on a Friday will be shipped when the shop reopens on Tuesday, utilising our next day courier service.

At the Baby Rack we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We therefore offer a full refund on any online purchases valid for 7 days from the date you received your item. We also offer an exchange services on all full priced items purchased in store, valid for 7 days from the purchase date. All items should be returned to store in original packaging with all tags attached and in saleable condition with original receipt. All sale or promotional items are exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Clearance items are non returnable. Postage will not be refunded. This does not effect your statutory rights.
