All orders received after 1.00pm on a Friday will be shipped when the shop reopens on Tuesday, utilising our next day courier service.

Returns
At the Baby Rack we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We therefore offer a full refund on any online purchases valid for 7 days from the date you received your item. We also offer an exchange services on all full priced items purchased in store, valid for 7 days from the purchase date. All items should be returned to store in original packaging with all tags attached and in saleable condition with original receipt. All sale or promotional items are exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Clearance items are non returnable. Postage will not be refunded. This does not effect your statutory rights.
